Truth be told: I WANT TO BE SEEN.

This has nothing to do with vanity or ego or pride.

This has EVERYTHING to do with my healing. Going through a lifetime of not feeling seen, or worthy, I continue to put myself in ‘the line of fire-’ exposing myself on video, in photos, on social media as often, as vulnerably & authentically as I can. This week I committed to participating in a 30 day video challenge. Granted I have my own regularly scheduled videos (see below) on Mondays & Thursdays, still I know there’s more within me I need to GIVE, SHARE, and RELEASE to the world.

In doing this challenge I am asking for help. Just as I do for my own coaching clients, having accountability from others- support and stretch- is HUGE to get me to the next level of my work, my healing, my existence, and my purpose in life.
I am not afraid to ask for help (for a long time I was).  So here I AM- showing up.  I’ve stepped into the fire… once again…walking my talk.  I hope you will too.I’m speaking my TRUTH…Once again…I hope you will too.
