Laura’s coaching style focuses on 3 keys to modifying your lifestyle to encourage change & growth: eating, emotions, and exercise. Raising awareness of our lifestyle choices can help develop a deeper relationship with oneself and make better choices to achieve better health. You can’t change your life or even your body without changing your thinking about it 1st. Coaching provides empowerment & education to make our own decisions, and arrive at our own truth of what’s right for oneself. Coaching sessions can be conducted in-home, in-office, over the phone or web.
Laura’s holistic approach to fitness focuses on the whole being, the impact of the mental on the physical and vice versa, along with simple, functional movements, using minimal equipment. An overall focus on primal movements works the body the way it was designed to move in nature- squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, etc. Fitness can & should be fun, using the world as our playground. If we can adopt a similar attitude around our workouts, they may actually improve our health in more ways than we realize. Laura can work with you in your home, gym, or outdoor setting, and is also available at the Scottsdale Community College Fitness Wellness Center.
Laura’s in-home cooking instruction is designed to introduce a gluten free, whole food way of life, instilling value & passion for creating good, real food. Learn simple & creative ways to prepare foods that Laura considers clean nutrition. Each session is customizeable to each person’s unique needs, whether it be one-on-one, or with a family, planning a dinner menu or healthy snacks. Sessions include food prep based on specific recipes, education, and lifestyle coaching. Laura’s casual, approachable style lends motivation toward healthier living for all.

Sessions are customizable to your needs. The focus is on confidence and education of making better choices and choosing foods that can best enhance your health. Learn about the many options available to you when adopting a healthy lifestyle, rather than focusing on the foods you may be eliminating.
Laura is available to conduct in-home or in-office private or group hatha yoga sessions. Sessions are customizable based on your needs, and may include, but not limited to, flow, power, postural alignment, gentle or restorative yoga.
