Laura Madden
Laura is passionate about living a holistic lifestyle and helping others make the transition to do the same. Starting in 2010, she began a rediscovery of herself, which led her to the truth of how she wanted to work with others and leave an impact on the world. Laura provides support with the re-learning process of eating and living a cleaner life, and making better lifestyle choices. Laura has a BS in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire and is a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the world renowned Chek Institute. She is a certified Transformational Life Coach from The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, a 500 hour RYT certified hatha yoga instructor through Scottsdale Community College, and holds certifications in personal training and group fitness with ACE, NETA, AEA, BodyPump, Yogafit, Resist-a-ball, and Silver Sneakers.

Laura is adjunct faculty at Scottsdale Community College, where she is also a trainer and group instructor. She is regularly featured in Scottsdale Health Magazine and Scottsdale Living, and has been a fitness contributor for Women’s Health & Fitness Magazine, the Scottsdale Tribune, & SHEKNOWS TV. Laura serves on the advisory board of Severson Sisters, an organization close to her heart, which provides anti-bullying and self-esteem programs for girls.
