IT’S ALL ABOUT THE PSYCHOLOGY, IN MY OPINION.
WE SET A GOAL.
WE ACCOMPLISH THE GOAL.
WE FEEL GOOD ABOUT OURSELVES. NOT ONLY DOES THAT IMPROVE OUR SELF-ESTEEM, COURAGE, CONFIDENCE, BUT IT EVEN EFFECTS US ON A CHEMICAL LEVEL- OUR BRAIN CHEMICALS. THAT IS PURE MOMENTUM, GREEN LIGHT, OPEN ROAD- TO GO BIGGER & BETTER. WE STOP SEEING LIMITS, OR EVEN BUMPS IN THE ROAD, WHERE THERE USED TO BE COMPLETE DEAD ENDS!
IF YOU THINK THIS SOUNDS CRAZY, I DARE YOU TO TRY IT!
