Who doesn’t LOVE chocolate in one form or another? Seriously. But…since I basically nixed sugar- love affair officially over! I CHOOSE this:
Bark
1/4 Cup coconut oil, melted
2 T raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t vanilla extract, optional
pinch sea salt
pinch chili powder or cayenne
few+ drops liquid stevia to taste
(if too thin, add additional cocoa powder)
Mix well. Sprinkle sea salt on top, optional. Freeze in a small glass container (should make a thin layer).
